This research discusses the approaches in the history of prophecies. God’s approach in sending prophets and messengers is well-known to most of the ones who wait for a prophet or a reformer. This divine knowledge and approach runs the same way in the emergence of the bad people. For example، Jesus Christ reported of claimants after him. Prophet Muhammad، on the other hand، gave some characteristics to identify the claimants who will come after him. He did this so that people can distinguish the good people (and follow them) from the bad ones (and stay away from them).
Moreover، one of the most divine approaches in accepting truth and denying falsehood is the transference of prophethood or imamate from the previous (prophet or imam) to the subsequent. This is a clear approach that is not found in Ahmed Ismail Gataa who claims imamate، infallibility، and representation of Imam Mahdi. Gataa used the narration of the recommendation which comes from a faulty source. He also uses it incorrectly because the narration clearly states the direct transference of Imam Mahdi to the one following him. Gatee tried also to use his dreams as a way for proving his prophecy، but unfortunately، dreams do not offer any reliability or proof in religion as well as the inability to identify the person in the dream because he has not lived with Imam Mahdi.
