One of the primary goals of Imam Al-Mahdi is to found his just and divine system, in which there is no room for inequality and injustice. There are certain demands without which, it is almost impossible to realize that divine system, chiefly among which is people’s belief in God and his teleological plans in this world and hereafter. This belief also necessarily requires certain foundational factors like morality, ethics, and virtue. These factors are all required to lead to that expected Mahdism utopia.
As a divine pre-determined plan, God has demanded the belief in Him to be well established among people whenever there was a chance, while he has rebuked those who did not make good use of such opportunities.
This study tends to shed light on such requirements prior to the establishment of the government of Imam Al-Mahdi and its maintenance. There is a fact that the Debut of the Imam is directly related to such requirements, though it is a divine matter and choice. This matter undergoes current historical, sociological, and political contexts, to which it is greatly related.
